Senior Knowledge Manager

Position Summary:Roztech Solution is seeking an experienced Senior Knowledge Manager with a BPMN 2.0 Certification to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide knowledge management (KM) strategies and business process improvements. This role plays a critical part in enhancing organizational learning, process efficiency, and decision-making through the application of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information governance, business process optimization, and technology-driven KM solutions—ensuring that knowledge is captured, shared, and utilized effectively across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:Knowledge Management Strategy & Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with mission objectives and operational needs.Establish KM frameworks, policies, and best practices for knowledge retention, sharing, and reuse.Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration across teams.Oversee the integration of KM initiatives with enterprise systems for scalability and accessibility.Business Process Management & BPMN Implementation:Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Design, document, and optimize business processes using BPMN 2.0 methodologies.Lead the development of process automation solutions, working with IT teams, business analysts, and software developers.Enterprise Knowledge Governance & Compliance:Establish and maintain governance structures for knowledge repositories, document management systems, and collaboration platforms.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and data security policies.Develop and implement metadata management, taxonomy, and content classification standards.Conduct KM audits to evaluate maturity levels and improvement opportunities.Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to integrate knowledge-sharing practices into business operations.Drive training, mentoring, and community-of-practice initiatives to encourage knowledge transfer.Lead change management efforts for KM tools, systems, and methodologies.Technology & Innovation in KM:Implement M365 Power BI dashboards and AI-driven KM solutions (including NLP and machine learning-based search capabilities).Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance knowledge accessibility and business intelligence.Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve enterprise knowledge workflows and decision support.
Required Skills & Experience:U.S. citizenship required with the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.5+ years of experience in knowledge management, business process management, or enterprise content management.Advanced proficiency in BPMN modeling and business process automation.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for translating business needs into actionable KM solutions.Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influencing senior leadership and decision-makers.Hands-on experience with enterprise KM tools such as M365 SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Confluence, Alfresco, M-Files, or similar platforms.Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, compliance regulations, and risk management related to KM.Familiarity with data integration, analytics, and visualization tools.
Preferred Skills:Experience leading KM initiatives within the Department of Defense (DoD) or federal agencies.Knowledge of AI-powered knowledge discovery and automation.Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies in process improvement.Expertise in knowledge graphs, semantic search, and data ontology modeling.
Education & Certifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.BPMN 2.0 Certification (e.g., OMG Certified Expert in BPM – OCEB) required.Additional KM certifications (e.g., Certified Knowledge Manager, ITIL Knowledge Management, AIIM Certified Information Professional) are highly desirable
Senior M365 Power BI Developer / Data Analyst

Position Summary:Roztech Solution is seeking an experienced Senior M365 Power BI Developer / Data Analyst to lead data visualization, reporting, and analytics initiatives within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is crucial in developing advanced Power BI dashboards, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), and business intelligence (BI) solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:Power BI Development & Data Visualization:Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.Implement data models, measures, and calculated columns using DAX for optimized performance.Create interactive visualizations and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.Develop Power BI paginated reports and optimize report performance for scalability.
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence:Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Perform data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment using Power Query (M).Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.Develop forecasting models, trend analysis, and ad hoc reports to support strategic initiatives.
Data Integration & Management:Connect to multiple data sources (SQL Server, SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, APIs, etc.) for effective data integration and modeling.Utilize Power Automate to streamline data workflows and automate report generation.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting solutions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with business teams, IT, and leadership to understand reporting needs and deliver insights.Train end-users on Power BI best practices and self-service analytics.Provide technical support and guidance on Power BI adoption across departments.
Governance & Security:Implement data security best practices, including Row-Level Security (RLS) and role-based access control.Adhere to data governance policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards.Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.
Required Skills & Experience:U.S. citizenship required with the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.5+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.Strong expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M).Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database querying.Experience working with Microsoft 365 data sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure, Excel, etc.).Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps for automation and integration.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:Experience with Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake, etc.).Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI-powered analytics.Knowledge of Python or R for data analytics.Experience in Power BI administration and performance tuning.
