RozTech Solution is seeking a motivated Help Desk and Customer Support Specialist to provide Tier 1–3 IT support services in a secure enterprise environment. This position offers the opportunity to directly support mission-critical systems and end users in a professional and fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities● Deliver Tier 1–3 technical support; escalate complex issues as needed.● Provide end-user device support: hardware deployment, replacements, peripheral installs, and driver installs.● Perform Windows OS imaging and upgrades using SCCM.● Ensure devices remain compliant with required cybersecurity standards.● Support manual software installations, printer mapping/installs, and approved tool deployment.● Process user access requests and maintain onboarding/offboarding procedures.● Monitor and respond to tickets through the Help Desk system.
Qualifications● Associate’s Degree in IT or related field ( or equivalent experience).● 2+ years of help desk or IT support experience.● Hands-on experience with SCCM, Windows imaging, and device lifecycle management.● Familiarity with security baselines, patching, and compliance requirements.● Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.● Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (active clearance a plus).
